Vol 11 is thin in content, but huge in importance. With trillions of dollars, and decades of training at stake, our aircraft and pilots can only fulfill their missions if they can get to where and when they are needed.  And there are no Exxon stations in the sky.  Hence, our Air Refueling Wings.  ARW's deploy a large and diverse inventory of aircraft all over the world.  And our most advanced and strategic aircraft cannot exist without them.  I salute you guys, who seldom get the thanks you deserve.
